This Privacy Policy describes how Adigo Solutions, LLC (“Adigo Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you visit adigosolutions.com (the “Website”) or contact us through it. We are a managed IT, cybersecurity, and technology services provider serving businesses in San Diego, California and Florida.
This policy applies to the Website. Personal information processed in the course of providing services under a signed agreement with a client is governed by that agreement and any data-processing terms it incorporates.
When you submit our contact form or otherwise reach out to us, we collect the information you choose to give us — typically your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message. If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include.
When you visit the Website, our hosting and security infrastructure may automatically collect standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device and operating system, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is used to operate, secure, and maintain the Website.
The Website uses a limited number of cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function, for security (for example, our web application firewall), and for basic performance and caching. We do not use the Website to serve targeted advertising or to track you across other websites for advertising purposes. See “Cookies and Your Choices” below.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only as follows:
Most web browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Because the cookies we use are largely necessary for the site to work and to stay secure, disabling them may affect how the Website functions. The Website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is no industry-standard response to DNT signals. Because we do not track visitors across third-party websites for advertising, we do not currently respond differently to DNT signals.
We retain the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, to maintain our business records, and to comply with our legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information through the Website’s contact form.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”), may give you certain rights regarding your personal information.
In the past twelve months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email address, phone number, and IP address) and internet or other electronic network activity information (such as basic usage and log data). We collect this information for the business purposes described in “How We Use Your Information” above. We do not collect sensitive personal information through the Website, and we do not sell or share personal information.
You may submit a request through our contact form. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, provided we can verify the agent’s authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about the disclosure of personal information to third parties for those parties’ direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
The Website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Your continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
